The speaker of the business breakfast, Andrii Romanchuk, is a lawyer, a partner of EUCON Legal Group, a member of the board of the Association of Ukrainian Business in Poland, a member of the supervisory board of the electronic foreign trade agency.
Andriy is familiar with the Polish and Ukrainian business environment. He is a member of the board of the Association of Ukrainian Business in Poland, as well as a member of the supervisory board of the electronic foreign trade agency. His network includes representatives of venture funds (€200,000-€1 million), Mezzanine (€7-100 million), PE (€30-150 million).
Andrii’s expertise is focused on corporate, tax law and transfer pricing. He has experience in tax planning, business restructuring, intellectual property and general corporate matters.
