Our residents OGDSolutions present a new option!
If you use the services of recruiting agencies or outstaffing companies, you should take a look at the Developer Buyout option from our residents — OGDSolutions.
Who is it for?
1. Startups
Imagine you are a startup with an outstaff development team. Your lawyers require that the entire team work in-house or that each developer becomes your direct contractor.
To achieve this, you would need to:
- Hire a new team. This is expensive and will take a lot of time.
- Buy out the existing team. This allows you to keep an experienced team, but it can be costly: some providers charge 3-5 months’ salary per developer.
- OGDSolutions’ option: Developer Buyout for only 70% of the developer’s monthly rate. This allows you to make the developer your employee or work with them directly (without the company’s involvement) as a contractor for any term by signing a corporate agreement with them.
2. IT companies
Your company has a new urgent vacancy. You can fill it by the following methods:
- Self-search: Takes a lot of time, no less than a month.
- Recruiting agency: Expensive, costing 100-120% of the developer’s monthly salary, and agencies typically do not conduct technical interviews with candidates.
- OGDSolutions’ option: Around 1,000 vetted developers who have passed English checks, soft skills, and technical interviews. You can buy out a developer immediately or work with them on outstaffing terms and buy them out later if they perfectly fit your needs. After the buyout, you could save around $1,600 per month per developer.
